Broncos Take Command with Less than Commanding Performance

The Broncos took a giant step forward towards clinching the AFC West even if they took it with a flat foot. Kyle Boller threw two interceptions and fumbled to hand the uninspired Broncos a 12-10 win. San Diego was upset by Miami and Kansas City lost Sunday's best game of the week to both fall two games back of the Broncos with three to play. The Broncos also kept hold of the #2 seed in the AFC even though Cincinnati beat Cleveland by a Shayne Graham Field Goal. Although with performances like Sunday, not only will the Broncos not be mentioned as any thing else but a footnote to the Indianapolis Colts' perfect season, but may find the playoff road much more difficult.
